- In-unit washer and dryer

The apartment is close to Oracle Park, the Embarcadero, and various cafes and shops. Public transport and major highways are easily accessible, which is convenient for commuting. It's about a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk to FiDi.

- Muni Metro (N and T lines)
- BART (Embarcadero Station)
- Multiple bus lines (10, 12, 30, 45)
