I'm looking for a female to take over my room in a 5-bedroom house in Palo Alto beginning July 1st for a year-long lease! The room is spacious and has its own private deck area. It will be unfurnished and utilities are separate from the rent (~$120-150 per person per month). You would share a bathroom with 2 others.

- Located a 5-minute drive away from downtown Los Altos
- 10-15 minute drive from Stanford
- Your housemates will be a combination of Stanford PhD students and professionals working in the area
- Huge yard with a fire pit!
- Very quiet and safe neighborhood
- Non-smoking
