I am subletting a room in an EVGR Premium 2bed/2bath apartment, located in EVGR A on the 10th floor. You will have a private bedroom and an attached bathroom. The kitchen and living room will be shared with 1 other male roommate.
You will have access to the usual furniture shown in the photos available on the housing website: https://rde.stanford.edu/studenthousing/EVGR (bed, dresser, desk, chair, etc.). On the website, the Premium Two-Bedroom Double Occupancy option is the one that corresponds to this offering. I can offer an additional couch and cushions for a small fee (negotiable) if you'd like.
Other EVGR facilities such as the laundry room, game room, etc. will also be available to you. There is a shared laundry room with a washer/dryer and free laundry solution on each floor as well-equipped gym (with different equipment on each floor) on every other floor (including the 10th floor).
Since the place is on the 10th floor, you'll get an incredible view of the area as well! EVGR-A is also relatively empty this summer, so the elevator wait time will be negligible.
Subleasing for 2 months (July 1 - Aug 31) for $1800 per month. I'm flexible on dates. Please reach out if you're interested!
Only male incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
