I am looking for a language exchange friend at Stanford.
My native language is Russian and I am learning Turkish. I lived in Turkey for some time and fell in love with the country and even more with its language. I consider myself a beginner (B1, at most B2), but I can handle conversations because I used to talk every day when I lived in Istanbul. Now as I moved to the US I am looking for a Turkish friend(s) who might be interested in learning Russian, so we could meet once or twice a week on campus to talk on different topics to practice these languages. I am also fluent in R and Immunology (I am a Postdoc in bioinformatics here), so I could help with these subjects too, instead of Russian, if you wish.
Looking forward to our meeting, don't hesitate to reach out!
