Hi all! We are looking for a friendly, female-identifying new roomie to join us (2 mid-20s girls plus one very friendly cat) in our lovely 3bd 2 bath home in Bernal Heights neighborhood of SF! Looking August 1st move-in but can be flexible -
The bedroom is 138”x121” with a 2 tiered closet and plenty of space for a queen bed, dresser, desk, shelving, etc. Includes a private beautiful fancy bathroom! Room comes unfurnished but roommate is open to selling pictured furniture.
Apartment (apologies for the bad lighting in the photos) is lightly furnished, so open to merging with any furniture you may have! Has in-unit washer/dryer, modern kitchen, cute deck and backyard access. Lots of storage space in basement.
Our neighborhood has a lot of safe street parking (a rarity in SF), and is walking distance from 2 grocery stores, Bernal Heights park, and lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Close to bus, MUNI, and BART stations, and also very highway accessible (approx ~35 min drive to Stanford). There's also an active vanpool that commutes to Stanford and stops on our street, so this may be an ideal house for a Stanford affiliate looking to try out SF!
