Room Details:
- **Location:** Upstairs, with a separate bathroom that includes a bathtub and toilet.
- **Natural Light:** The room is bright and airy, with multiple windows.
- **Climate Control:** The shared AC/heating system ensures comfort in all seasons.
- **Storage:** A large closet is available in the room.
- **Furnishing Options:** The current tenant can leave the room partially furnished (bed/mattress, bookcase, high table, bed table) or unfurnished, depending on your preference.
Lease Terms:
- **Duration:** Minimum 6-month lease, followed by month-to-month.
- **Payment:** Joint lease with separate deposit and monthly payments to the landlord.
