I am looking to relocate closer to campus for work. I am looking for a room for rent in a house or apartment. Open to having a few housemates, ideally 1 or 2 housemates, but will consider spaces with more housemates as well! Looking for a space that has a private room that can be unfurnished or furnished. As well as a kitchen, bathroom, and if possible in-unit laundry. In-unit laundry is not a requirement though. I am looking in and around Palo Alto, so it does not need to be right in Palo Alto either. Prefer a move-in date of August 1, 2024, and may be able to be flexible for the right fit if need be. I work full-time in person at three different locations near and one the medical campus. Looking for housemates who enjoy occasional conversation and hanging out, and also being able to have our own space and time when needed. For a private room, I am ideally looking for less than $1,500 per month including utilities. I am open to community/cooperative type housing as well with larger groups in a bigger space.
