Hi! We are Chloe and John. We have a room available in a beautiful victorian house (4BD,3BA) in downtown Palo Alto. You'll share the upstairs of the house (kitchenette, living room, sunny rooftop balcony, shared bathroom, and 2 bedrooms) with a female Stanford post-doc (Chloe) doing research into ocean microbiology). Women only please as the bathroom is shared.

It’s 9 minute walk to Caltrain and a short bike to anywhere on campus.

We are generally pretty friendly, eating dinner together or going on trips on the weekends. We also have a small roomie named Charlie, a 3 year old mini-labradoodle. He's trained as a service dog, hypoallergenic, and a 7kg ball of love. Sorry, no other pets allowed.

We're looking for a roomie to stay at least six months. The rent is $1650/month plus utilities (about $200/mo for gigabit internet, electricity, garder) and $50/wk for a housekeeper to clean bathrooms, kitchens and common areas). The deposit is $1650.

We also have a second room (not in the photos) and private bathroom available for $2250/month (including utilities/maid) for short term summer rental. Deposit is $1000.

We also have an extra bike (or two!) if you’d like to borrow one for a bit.
