I'm moving out of my room in East Palo Alto to our master bedroom, as one of our housemates heads off to grad school. My two roommates have been great, and we are currently looking for another wonderful person to live with. My room will be available for move-in by August 1st and can be occupied for the summer or a long-term lease.
About the place: Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a full kitchen, washer + dryer, living room, and spacious outdoor area. The bedroom won't be furnished, as I am taking my furniture with me, but the rest of the house will be.
No pets allowed and only single occupancy (no couples). No private bathroom, but you will have your own room. My room currently fits a queen bed, dresser, chest of drawers, and desk comfortably.
Rent is $1273/month. Utilities are usually $150 per month.
The house is 5 miles from Stanford's campus (15 min drive/25 min bike ride), 3 miles from Meta, and a 3 minute walk from the nearest bus stop.
