Hi everyone, we want to sublet one bedroom from this beautiful and spacious 2 bed/1 bath located just a short walk away from downtown Palo Alto (10 min walk to University Ave and Whole Foods, etc.). It’s just a 13 min bike ride to the main quad in Stanford. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful area of the University South neighborhood.

-Dates: Aug 1 - Sep 29 (full months of August and September ideal but we can discuss modified timelines)
-Rent: $1700/month
-I’ll be the other person living there during Aug/Sep! I am an Applied Physics grad student and I enjoy basketball, playing viola, working out, golf, reading, and cooking. I enjoy hanging out with friends but seldom host big gatherings, etc. at my place.
-Your room can have a bed from the previous resident if you want!
