We're a mix of mid-to-late twenties professionals and students from the Stanford community, and we're looking for one more person to join us in our 5 bedroom house in Los Altos Hills.

The lease begins August 1, 2024 and ends July 31, 2025.

We enjoy cooking at home, watching Survivor reruns, camping/hiking/running, and generally hanging with each other!

Here's a quick introduction to each of us:

Georgia Moody: An emergency medicine resident at Stanford, avid camper, crafter, and general DIY master.
Kevin Moody: Founder of a tech startup with a passion for cooking and aviation.
Allison Lee: An 8th grade science teacher who loves outdoor time with Ivy, her dog.
Emily Tan: Currently spinning up the finance team at a Stanford-founded startup.
Morgan Tankersley: Medical researcher who loves line dancing.

Your room: The private bedroom available is optionally fully furnished ($500 if you buy all furniture).

- 7 min drive to Stanford University
- Plenty of free parking space
- Utilities, Wi-Fi, and cleaning services are divided amongst tenants (average is about 100 per person per month)

Note: No additional pets are allowed; however we do have 2 dogs and 2 cats living here, so you'll need to enjoy living with animals :)
