I have my cozy and clean bedroom for subleasing, which starts from August 31, 2024 to May 31, 2025. It's a 2B1.5B two-floor townhouse locating at 1929 Crisanto Ave, Mountain View, Park Plaza Apartment. It has two nearby Caltrain Stations (San Antonio and Mountain View). Mountain view downtown and several grocery stores (Target, trader joes, walmart, whole foods, etc) are within 15-minunite walking distance. I currently have a very nice and helpful roommate living in the master bedroom. She is a SLAC/Stanford postdoc studying Physics. She is very sporty and likes playing basketball, biking, and swimming. In this apartment, you will need to share the kitchen, living room and a shower with the roommate. But each person will have her/his own toilet (downstairs and upstairs) and the shower is upstairs. Both bedrooms are upstairs. You will sign a lease with the lease office and the manager is very responsible! The maintenance team is great and always fix things fast. The rent is $1697.5 per month (including water and other maintenance fees). You will need to split the internet ($25 each person monthly) and electrical ($15-20 each person monthly) billings with the roommate. We don't have an air conditioning and in-unit laundry. The apartment complex has a swimming pool, gym, vendor machines, and shared laundries (the complex working staff frequently clean washers/driers). You also need to pay a security deposit to the lease office (~$1100 each person, will be returned after the lease ends). Pets are allowed but you need to discuss about them with the roommate.
