I am subletting my room in an on-campus 2B2B apartment from August 18, 2024 to September 22, 2024 (35 nights) for $1862. A bit later move-in and earlier move-out dates are negotiable with strong preference for people who can stay the entire period. Proof of Stanford affiliation needed. Unfortunately, I am not able to sublease to undergrads per school's policy.
You will have your own full-size bed and bath (can lend some of my extra bedding stuff if needed). The room itself is very spacious with sunlight during daytime but cools down nicely during nighttime: the room also has a central AC if it gets too hot, although I never have that problem.
The kitchen is typically shared with another person, but it is all yours for the break. Access to free laundry two doors down (washing and tumble-dry machines), multiple common/study/game/music rooms, and mini gyms (weight/pulley machines and ellipticals).
