Volunteers Wanted for a Research Study
iExposure Intervention for Social Anxiety
Do you experience anxiety during conversations? We are studying simulated
interactions to better understand social anxiety and how it might be treated.
The study has two parts:
1) You will be asked to fill out some questionnaires and engage in a simulated
teleconferencing interaction online while we track where you are looking. The
first part of the study is not compensated and takes approximately 30 minutes.
Þ After the first part you may have the option to complete the second part of the
study which is longer.
2) The second part of the study is an online intervention that is being tested to see if
it can help with social anxiety. There is no cost to participate in the intervention.
The second part of the study takes up to 4.5 hours and is compensated up to $80.
