I am a Stanford PhD student looking for a one bedroom one bathroom or a studio apartment or housing unit. I am looking to start in mid-late August either on a monthly or 6 month basis.

Looking to pay no more then $2200 including utilities. I am ok with converted spaces such as housing units in backyards or granny flats as long as they have a kitchen and bathroom. Furnished or not furnished is ok. Must have laundry on site, but not necessarily in the unit.

About me, graduating PhD student at Stanford starting a job in the bay area. I do not have pets and do not smoke or do drugs.

Please do not contact me for shared living situations or with places more then $2200. I am not looking to have roommates or exceed my budget.
