I am a grad student looking for housing off-campus for my wife and me starting the third week of August. One or two bedrooms, with at least one private bath preferred. Proximity to campus would be nice but not required. We are quiet and tidy; don't smoke/drink/party/don't keep pets. Other things that would be nice to have: a parking spot, in-unit laundry, and a spot to keep bikes.
Budget: at most $3000.
Lease: six-months with option to renew preferred.
