Hi I’m an incoming female postdoc looking for apartment starting 9/1. Happy to takeover a lease for a few months, or do month to month. I’m currently remote and will be arriving late August.

Requirements
- Rent ideally below $2500 excluding utilities
- covered parking spot
- 1 bedroom apartment (not studio)
- window in the kitchen
- biking distance to Stanford oval or walkable to transit
- on-site laundry facilities
- Move in date between 8/20-9/20

Preference (not necessary but nice to have!)
- in-unit laundry
- pet-friendly
