Hi all! I am a recent university male grad starting a job on Sand Hill looking for someone to join a 1 year lease I signed starting in August. Here are some facts about the unit:
- Fully furnished
- Parking spot available
- Master bedroom with private bathroom connected to the room and walk-in closet and bed
- Smaller bedroom with a futon (no bed) and a private bathroom that is in the hallway (not connected to room)
- In building laundry
- 10 minute drive/bike ride to the Stanford Oval
- Walking distance from Safeway/CVS for grocery shopping
- It’s in a quiet neighborhood
If you need to join the lease later than August, I would be open to negotiate.
The total rent for the unit is 4400 and master bedroom would come to 2500 while the smaller is 1900. Also open to negotiating who gets which room so just feel free to reach out.
Utilities would come to 50-100 a month and internet is 70 a month to be split between two people.
