Hello Stanford Community! My girlfriend and I are looking for an apartment or house to rent in Palo Alto or Menlo Park starting September 1 or later. We are open to different property types, but are most interested in ADUs and cottage-type houses. We want a place that’s at least a 1Bed/1Bath, and ideally with a dishwasher, AC, washer/dryer, hardwood floors, and accessible yard space. We are looking for a place to live for at least one year.

A bit about us: Izzy (me) is a Research Scholar at Stanford studying political polarization; my girlfriend (Sophie) is a researcher at Meta working on issues related to elections and democracy. We are both 35 years old, have no pets, don't smoke, and can provide references. Outside of work, we like to hike, bike, dance, explore California, and spend time with our beloved family and friends.
