I’m looking for a new roommate to take over my old roommate’s bedroom in a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom single family unit in Palo Alto, for the next year.
Timeline: Master room available starting August 1, 2024, with lease ending on July 31, 2025 (although extendable year-to-year).
Location: Alma Street in Midtown Palo Alto, less than a mile walk to the nearest Caltrain St (California Avenue). 2 miles from Stanford and also 20 minutes biking from Stanford (my usual commute). Easy access to freeways 101 and 280. The place is ~ 20 min bike/1.8 mi from campus (my daily commute). The closest Caltrain Stop is ~ 5 min bike ride.
Price: $1475 a month plus utilities (around $97 per person).
Amenities: large backyard, in-unit Washer/dryer, each unit has their own carport to park two cars tandemly, renovated new kitchen and bathroom, each unit has their own water heater and garbage cans.
