What: Private room + shared bath in a 4 bedroom 3 bath home

Partially furnished (with queen bed, bed frame)
Tons of built-in shelving + a built-in desk
Sliding door/windows that let in a ton of afternoon light
Built-in AC
Private closet
Carpeted
Shared bathroom w/ shower (shared with just 1 person)

- 3-min walk to Safeway / CVS / bus stop (SamTrans & Stanford Marguerite)
- 10-min bike ride to Stanford
- 12-15 min bike ride to downtown Menlo Park & Palo Alto
Modern kitchen with a dishwasher & 2 ovens & all the fun appliances you could wish for (panini press, ice cream maker)
Large furnished living room with flatscreen TV & crafting space
Furnished back patio with a heat lamp & grill

The housemates:
We are 4 professionals/grad students in our late 20s/early 30s. Our close community enjoys hanging out together and sharing communal dinners a few times a week. We share house chores and keep a neat home. We often have friends over for dinner, movie nights, and art nights. We throw the occasional party for birthdays or holidays.
