I'm a Stanford affiliate (she/her/hers), seeking a room to rent starting from mid-August (preferably August 15/16/17). I am quiet, clean, and do not use drugs or alcohol. I also do not have any pets. I do not have preferences for bathrooms (private or shared are both fine). Ideally, the location should be within a 15-minute bike ride to campus (the closer, the better), and the price range I’m looking for is $1000-1600.
