We are a group of young professionals seeking a final housemate for a spacious and affordable house in the mission.
The house has an ideal location, within walking distance of the 24th St Bart and in the heart of the vibrant mission district. The house is also spacious with 2 different deck areas and a large kitchen and living room.
The house will be mixed with 5 males and 2 females with you. Rent split evenly will amount to $1300/person, but there will be some adjustment up or down from this amount based on bedroom preferences as well.
