I'm looking for a female roommate for an adorable Menlo Park apartment that I absolutely love!
The location is perfect. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the Caltrain station, grocery stores (Trader Joes, Draegers Market, Safeway), and all of the cafes & restaurants in downtown Menlo Park. The commute to Stanford is a 15-minute bike ride or a 10-minute drive. It is in a small, quiet complex with friendly neighbors. There is covered outdoor storage and a coin-operated washer & dryer, and the apartment has heat (but no AC). My cat lives in the apartment, but there can unfortunately be no other pets in the unit.
Rent is $1,375 per person with about $100 per person in utilities each month. Lease will be 10-12 months and requires a security deposit that is 1.5x the rent. Move-in date is currently flexible but will likely be sometime in August/early September.
