We have a 4th room in our house we're looking to rent, ideally to a postdoc or PhD student in need. We're in East palo alto right near the ikea. Nice modern home with modern appliances, free laundry on-site, free parking on-site, only 10 min drive to campus or 15-20 by bike. Bus routes also available. Our 4th roommate was a visiting PhD student who just moved out to go back to Europe.
The main house is 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, and I live in an ADU in the back with its own bedroom and bathroom. We have a nice full kitchen, living room, dining room, a large backyard as well with nice patio furniture. Our 3rd housemate is only here 1x a week so you'd basically have your own full bathroom. The other bathroom in the main house is part of the ensuite master. We're all fun young Stanford postdocs. One is Psychiatry, one in genetics, one in chemical systems biology.
