Hi all! I'm offering a sublet in SF in August, it's a beautiful, fully furnished and large room in my gorgeous sunny mission apartment for $1800/mo. Also open to shorter stays and week by week arrangements.
Join us in our beautifully lit, plant-filled Victorian apartment! We are right at the edge of Mission District and Potrero Hill in San Francisco — a prime peaceful spot, but still walking distance from bars, restaurants, grocery stores and the full hustle and bustle of the Mission District. Here, you get the best of both worlds being so close to everything but far enough away from the chaos/ noisy parts of the Mission. Sip your morning coffee on our private balcony, bbq in the shared communal space and enjoy the sunny Mission.
The rest of SF and the bay area are easily accessible from our location. We are a 15 minute walk (or 4 min bike ride) from the Bart at 24th street and a 2-5 minute walk from super central bus stops. The San Francisco and 22nd street Caltrain stops are just a 10 minute bike ride away.
You’ll get the largest room in the apt. The room will come fully furnished with a bed, sheets, a desk, chair, etc. There are two other (female) residents in the apt - both Stanford alumni. We are low-maintenance, value community, shared meals, good banter and mutual respect.
