I am subleasing my Stanford Studio on Campus. This bright and cozy studio features a private bathroom, own kitchen, queen bed with orthopedic mattress, couch, access to laundry room, WIFI, AC, dishwasher and utilities included. You will have access to my personal belongings (golf clubs, soccer/basket ball, tennis rackets plus many good books for your sparse time).
The subleasing period would run from August 30th to Sep 28th ($65/day), and the monthly rent is $1880 + Technology Fee $88. Stanford monthly rate. I will ask for a deposit $500 (Just to make sure you will take care of the place).
