I am leaving for the summer and subleasing my Stanford room on campus. It's a large a cozy room in Kennedy residences (Escondido Village) with a full size bed, a desk, a table, chairs and a small couch. You have all the amenities that you need, the bathroom is private and the kitchen is shared with my roommate. I will also leave my belongings to make your stay more enjoyable, feel free to use them and take care of them as if they were yours :).
The subleasing period would run from August 8th to Sep 27th and the rent is the Stanford rent 1450$.
Double check Stanford’s Subleasing Policy (you need to be a matriculated student) and feel free to reach out! I'll be happy to share pictures and take a video call to show you the place :)
