The bedroom (rent $1360 & utilities + wifi ~$70) is available from September 1st and is very cozy! It can come furnished with a queen bed, desk and comfy desk chair, bookshelves, dresser, floor-length mirror, and linens (bedsheets, towels)
and has its own closet with ample storage. The communal spaces are also fully furnished, large living room and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a backyard space to chill, a free washer/ dryer, and a garage.
The house is in a great, convenient location, ~13 min bike ride to the main campus, a 5 min walk to Palo Alto Downtown, and a 15 min walk to Palo Alto Caltrain Station. Groceries, restaurants, banks, and parks are within walking
distance.
The security deposit is 2425$ and the fee for the room furniture is 995$ (they can also be sold afterward).
Looking preferably for a housemate who can stay at least for 6 months. Females preferred, extra attention to being clean and no pets allowed. You will be sharing the house with 3 easy-going females, doctorate students affiliated with Stanford
