Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to take over my current roommate's lease in a 2bed/2bath! The ideal move-in date is as soon as possible, and the lease ends in July 2025. (Note: you do not need to stay the entirety of the lease duration) The rent is $1676/month (for the bedroom with the detached bathroom), plus utilities/other fees are an extra 100ish. The apartment is in the heart of downtown San Jose with lots of things to do within walking distance! I will send pictures of the actual space to those interested!
