I’m Amy (she/her), and I’m passionate about helping high school students excel in their academic pursuits. As a graduate with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Stanford University in mechanical engineering, I have a strong background in advanced subjects. I aim to support students in mastering challenging coursework and achieving top test scores.
My Background:
• Stanford Graduate: I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Stanford University, gaining admission due to a combination of high test scores and strong academic performance.
• Ivy League Acceptances: I was accepted into both Stanford and Harvard, giving me firsthand experience with the preparation and skills required to succeed in prestigious institutions.
• Industry Experience: After graduating, I worked as an engineer at Apple for a year and a half. I am now a cofounder of a sustainability startup, where I’ve honed my time management and problem-solving skills.
• Tutoring and Mentorship Experience: I have extensive experience tutoring and mentoring students online and in person, helping them understand complex concepts and improve their academic performance.

I am available to meet with students on a flexible schedule, providing as much support as needed. My services are offered at $80 per hour, and I can consult in person in the Bay Area or virtually.
