This is a lovely 2 bedroom/1 Bath house in beautiful upper college terrace, just a few steps from Stanford campus. It is like living on campus. with much better privacy and tranquility. The master bedroom with private bathroom are for renters when I'm traveling. Guest(s) will have the whole place other than the smaller bedroom. The rmaster bedroom is spacious (12’x12’), bright and quiet. It is at the rear end of the house with glass sliding door open to the bamboo-lined backyard. The three backyard neighboring lots are all newly built Stanford faculty houses. The neighborhood is friendly, safe, peaceful, with easy access to everything- Stanford campus, shopping and dinning on California Ave, the dish and lots of nice trails for walking, running, biking. A park with tennis court is 2 blocks away.
