The house has a large backyard patio area, and laundry facilities with brand new appliances. The home is located in Mt. Carmel area of Redwood City. It is just few blocks from all amenities, and transport.
The rent including utilities is $1400 per month. There will be one month's rent for security deposit, which will be refundable minus any cleaning and repair charges (if any).
I will be just living by myself with my small shy dog (terrier), who is mostly very quiet and mostly keeps to herself.
