It is located in the rear of a single-family house at Palo Alto, with walking or biking (10 minutes) distance to Stanford campus, Palo Alto downtown, Caltrain/Bus stations, Library, Safeway and etc. Street parking.
The room (no Kitchen) is furnished with bed, microwave, mini refrigerator, and Kettle. On-site laundry will be available. $1,000 per month including utilities -Water, Electricity and WIFI (6 months lease term possible). Refundable security deposit ($1000).

No smoking, no drug/drink, and no pets; female (student / professional) single occupancy only. Available mid-September or earlier.
