Good afternoon!

Me (male) and my two housemates (male) are looking to sublease our apartment for the remainder of the lease term (Now until June 2025).

The location: We are located just a 9 minute drive away from campus or a 15 minute bike ride.

The neighborhood: This quiet apartment is close to both the Stanford shopping center, a Costco and various other shopping areas. The apartment is right next to Greer Park and has ample space for walking or other outdoor activities.

The apartment: The apartment is a 3 bdrm - 2 bath located on the second floor of the complex. The shared spaces of the apartment are fully furnished with a fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living room has carpet and lots of space and natural light coming from the large deck. The room being offered shares a bathroom. The dimensions of the room are 11 x 12 foot with a large sliding mirror closet door.

The rent: The rent for the room is 1600, the utilities are not included in the rent cost. The additional utilities are electricity, water, internet as well as trash and sewage by the apartment complex. Split three ways the utilities average out to around 150 per person.

The amenities: The apartment complex features a 24/7 fitness center. 4 bicycle storage rooms. A swimming pool. In-unit washer and dryer. Pet friendly. Keyless entry and Electric vehicle charging stations.

I do not have any pictures of the floor plan since the units in the apartment all slightly vary, the property manager website linked above shows the floor plans of the other units that they offer. I can provide additional pictures upon request.

Cheers!
