Hello! I am looking for a roommates for the coming year in a 2bed/1 bath (plus living room converted to bedroom) apartment in the mission. It’s a great location and the vibes are even greater.
About the apt
The apartment is spacious (1600 sq ft.)
It is a block from the 24th st Bart and walking distance to Dolores Park.
Rent is $3,600+utilities (split between 3 people would be roughly $1250). There is a washer/dryer in-building.
Street parking is plentiful. Also there is a shared garage space.
About us
I am a PhD student (30, man). I commute to Stanford 2-3 times/week. I am reasonably tidy and like to be active (soccer, skiing, swimming). Other roommate (27, man) commutes to San Jose and plays frisbee in SF on the weekends.
We have wonderful neighbors in our building, who are also Stanford student/s and carpool to campus frequently.
About you
You enjoy the occasional group dinner/gathering.
You are, preferably, thoughtful/considerate person(s).
