I’m a female researcher working at Stanford (23y, just finished undergraduate). I’m looking to either finding a roommate and look for housing together, or joining an existing housing group with housing. Start date would be Aug 30 to early September, with days flexible. Ideally a year-long lease.Some other details about me and my needs:

- I don’t smoke, and have no unhealthy drinking habits. No allergies or dietary restrictions apart from being allergic to cigarettes and weed, so I ask the members of the household also no smoking
- I don’t own a pet, but open to living in a house with pets, as long as it’s not a pet snake. I have experience with cats and dogs, turtles, insects etc.
- Very quiet and respective of others’ privacy
- Sleep time usually between 12-9. Healthy habits, often exercise or go hiking
- Comfortable with flats and people. Likes the idea of being friends with roommates and in the past have organized dinner events, hiking trips, game nights with roommates
- House or apartment budget is 1500-2000/month range. Willing to go a little higher if it’s a good deal or lower if it’s farther from Stanford
- Ideal location within 15-20min drive to Stanford
