Hi, I am a female postdoc at Stanford University. I am looking to share a 1-year lease for a 2b2b apartment with a female roommate from Sept 01.

This apartment is within a modern property located in downtown Redwood city, near the Court of California/San Mateo county. It has modern amenities (fitness center, private club house, rooftop grilling/barbeque area, outdoor spa, open air fireplace, parking spaces, bike storage, etc). It’s a quiet, clean, safe and secure premise. It is convenient for Stanford affiliates and other professionals, since near to Caltrain station (7-8 min by walk or 1-2 min by bike). Caltrain takes only ~11 min from Redwood city station to Palo Alto where one can connect with free Stanford shuttle/MC buses. All Downtown restaurants are within walking distance

Apartment Features-
2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom, 874 sq. ft
Nest Learning Thermostat for air conditioning
In unit washer & drier
Modern kitchen (electric stove/fridge/microwave/dishwasher/ample cabinet space)
Wi-Fi hubs on each floor, free Wi-Fi in community spaces
1 Parking space/person
NOT furnished.
The rent is $2217 plus ~ $130 (for utilities) per person. Deposit is $750 to be equally shared.

I will be happy to share more specifics with those interested. I have been staying here since a year. The community, ambience, quality of apartments/common areas, and the management team, all are excellent. About me, I am a simple, single, quiet, and a friendly person who respects privacy, and most of the time is engaged in lab work. I look forward to connecting with a like-minded person.

Thank you!
