Hello, I am a female postdoc at Stanford University and looking to share a 1-year lease for a 2b2b apartment with a female roommate. This apartment is at Locale apartments, located near downtown Redwood City, within easy walking distance to the Caltrain station, near the Redwood City government center and downtown area with many shops and restaurants, as well as Sequoia Station shopping center. Apartments have stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, laminate plank flooring, Nest smart thermostats, and keyless fob access. The building has a small workout room, a rooftop barbeque area with hot tub, open air fireplace, views of the hills, bike storage and covered parking (including electric vehicle charging stations).
The Apartment is unfurnished, 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom, 874 sq. ft, has an in unit washer & drier as well.

The rent is $2217 plus ~ $130 (for utilities) per person. Deposit of $750 will be equally shared.
It is convenient for Stanford affiliates and other professionals, especially because of its proximity to Caltrain station (7-8 min by walk or 1-2 min by bike). Caltrain takes only ~11 min from Redwood city station to Palo Alto where one can connect with free Stanford shuttle/MC bus. I have been staying here since a year. The community, ambience, common areas, and the management team, all are excellent.
About me, I am a simple, single, quiet, kind and a friendly person who respects privacy, and most of the time is engaged in lab work. I look forward to connecting and sharing with a like-minded person.
