We are looking for a third roommate to fill a small room in our shared 3 bed, 2 bath house.
The place is located at 3924 El Camino Rd, Palo Alto, close to Stanford Research park, Arastradero Rd, main campus and downtown Palo Alto.
We are two male Stanford researchers, one postdoc one RA in our 20's working in the psychiatry or pharmacology/drug development space. Both of us are avid outdoor enthusiasts with interests in climbing, biking, hiking, and more. We'd like to maintain a chill social house culture; sometimes having guests over and sometimes respecting everyone's peace and solitude. Typically, we like to keep everything clean and put away but we empathize with a little chaos when life gets busy.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is clean, friendly, and shares the same living ideals as we do. Our ideal housemate is open to making new friends and building community, we envision the home environment to be a fun and friendly space for everyone. Open to all genders as long as the vibes are right!
The room is about 7.5' by 12' with a sizable closet for clothes and other everyday items. There is a larger shared garage/closet for extra storage that we all share(if you need more storage space).
You will have full access to all common areas, the kitchen, on site laundry, both bathrooms and parking in either the front or back of the house.
The rent for the room is $1100 and utilities, which we share, should be about $100 per person per month.
