I am looking to fill a bedroom with private bathroom in my 2bd/2ba apartment. It is located in Redwood City, about 3 miles away from Stanford. It is walking distance to grocery stores and a variety of restaurants (Mexican, pizza, BBQ, Vietnamese, sushi, etc). Target and Costco are about 1 mile away. You will have access to 1 garaged, reserved parking spot and large storage closet. The living room is furnished. Previous tenant left desk, chair, bed frame and mattress, but furniture can be removed if needed. Power, water, internet, and garbage costs are split and average about $100/ea per month.
