The building is located just a short five-minute walk from University Avenue and a convenient 8-minute bike ride to the Stanford campus. The apartment is on the second floor, making it relatively quiet. There is a laundry room in the building. Plenty of street parking available. Minimum stay of 6 months is preferred. Your roommate will be a male Stanford researcher working in data science.
