I'm still looking for someone to take over my yearly lease from October 1st '24 through August 1st '25, with the option to renew later.
It's a private bedroom with a private bath in a 2B/2B apartment in Sunnyvale (see photos in link below):

Some notes about the place:
- $1450/month rent. $1450 security deposit.
- Utilities not included in rent: ~$100/month for utilities
- Large spacious bedroom with private bathroom
- kitchen & dishwasher
- In-unit washer/dryer
- Living room area with plenty of windows and natural light
- Carpets were recently steam cleaned
- Outdoor parking, as well as enclosed garage parking
- Safe and quiet neighborhood
- Community pool
You would be sharing the apartment with a 26 y/o male who has been there for 3 years while working at Google.
About roommate:
- Born and raised in the bay, went to school in berkeley and worked at Facebook for a year and a half before joining google.
- Pretty clean. I vacuum, don't leave stuff lying around, don't leave dirty dishes in the sink, take out the trash, take off my shoes before coming onto the carpet, etc.
- Enjoy playing sports (basketball and sand volleyball) and working out. I also play video games with friends (currently have an xbox)
- Don't smoke (prefer non-smokers), don't drink either but don't care if you do as long as you clean up after yourself
- Don't cook all that often (most meals are from google or doordash)
- Wake up around 9:00am and go to bed at around 12am, not really loud in the mornings or evenings and prefer someone who is the same.
- Don't care if you have guests over as long as you're not super loud and you clean up after yourselves
About you:
- Preferably in tech or a professional field with steady income
- Clean, quiet, and friendly
