A furnished bedroom with a private bath is available in a 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment starting October 1 (an earlier start date is negotiable). Rent is $1,200 per month plus internet (about $10) and utilities (about $60). There is a one-time fee of $150 for existing furnishings and a background check required by the landlord.
