Looking for a roommate for a fully furnished 2bd 1ba ADU that comes with
-full kitchen,
-in-unit washer and dryer,
-remodeled bathroom

The room has a desk, a full-size bed, and a closet.

ADU would be shared with 1 roommate (M in their mid-twenties).

Cost of ADU would be split between you and roommate and would be $1400 per person per month.
