Hello, we are looking for a 5th female roommate to join us in a house near Stanford’s campus. We are a house of female students (a mix of grad students and professional school students like MBA, MD, etc). One of our housemates is moving out, and we are searching for her replacement.
Requirements: Female grad or professional school student, clean, friendly, and ideally no pets. Move-in date is on October 7 or after.
About the house: The house is located less than 4 miles from campus with lots of street parking and shared driveway. It is a 5 bed, 3 bath house with two kitchens, a large private backyard and grill space, and lots of storage. This room has a shared bathroom and office space. The office space has big windows looking into the backyard.
About the room: Monthly rent is $1275 + your share of utilities (~$80/month). Wifi is covered by the landlord! You will share a bathroom with one other housemate, which is next to your room. If requested, the whole room will be repainted white.
