I am selling a well-maintained early-80s vintage “Halbrenner” bike by German manufacturer Hercules. “Halbrenner” means its frame and equipment are set up as a hybrid between a racing bike and a city bike. The bicycle is in excellent technical and optical condition and is suitable for people between 170–180cm/5’7’’–5’11’’.
The Halbrenner is equipped with high-end original parts:
- Groupset: Sachs Huret (2x6)
- Breaks: Rare and original drum brakes (make: Sachs)
- Frame size (c-t): 56cm (22’’)
- Tyre size: 28’’
Wearing parts were cleaned and some were replaced. The lighting system was replaced by a modern, battery-powered front and back light. The saddle and handlebar tape are brandnew.
This Halbrenner with its hybrid functionality is ideally equipped for comfortable riding, it makes for an excellent ride both on daily commutes and longer rides.
