I am a recent graduate of Stanford looking to rent an unfurnished room/apartment in the Bay area starting Mid-November.
I am primarily looking for a 1 bedroom/ studio/ or an ADU within the budget range. I have room to go up more for a 1 bedroom. I don't have a huge preference in terms of location as long as there is ample street parking/possible garage parking. That said, it would be great to find somewhere in San Francisco, San Mateo, Palo Alto areas.
I would also love to join an existing household if there is an unfurnished room available. I am very clean and organized. I am fairly social, but I prioritize my solitude, reading time, and respect privacy and boundaries. So, please reach out if you have a room as well.
