My friend (25M) and I (24M) just signed a lease for a beautiful 3 bed, 3.5 bath house in Mountain View, and we're searching for a clean, fun-to-hang-around-with third roommate to join us. We are looking for someone who can join us at the EARLIEST!
Room is sized well and comes with a private attached bathroom. For the Palo Alto / Mountain View area, this a steal at this price. The room gets plenty of natural light, and faces a lush green park.
About the house: The house itself is pretty new with a very spacious and pretty common area. It is in the classy Whisman neighborhood which is very close to Freeways 101, 237 and 85 and Central Expressway.
It is a 6 minute walk from the Whisman VTA station, a 4 minute VTA ride or 9 minute bike ride away from the Mountain View Caltrain Station and Castro downtown. Easy drive for Google, Apple and other South Bay commutes. Easy drive or public transit to San Antonio Center (Walmart, Trader Joe's, Safeway, Whole Foods) and Stanford University. It comes with two parking spots in the garage, plus abundant street parking.
