I have an unfurnished bedroom available in a 2B1B apartment, with a flexible month-to-month lease. The move-in date is October 1st, with the possibility of an earlier move-in. The building is just a short five-minute walk from University Avenue and an 8-minute bike ride to the Stanford campus. The apartment is on the second floor, offering a relatively quiet living environment. There's a laundry room in the building, and plenty of street parking is available. A minimum stay of 6 months is preferred. You’ll be sharing the apartment with a male Stanford researcher working in data science.
